我们处理什么信息
本扩展只在浏览器中处理你主动选择的 PDF、图片、手写签名、输入的文字和工程文件。文件内容用于显示、编辑、整理页面，以及生成你主动保存的 PDF 或工程。
文件在本机处理
当前版本没有账户、广告、遥测、分析脚本、支付或云端 AI 功能。开发者不接收、不出售、不向第三方传输你的文档、签名或编辑内容。字体、PDF 解析库和示例文件都随扩展安装包提供，无需从 CDN 获取。
保存、保留与删除
编辑期间，内容保留在当前标签页的内存中。扩展不会自动长期保存编辑内容；未保存的修改在关闭页面后会丢失。导出和保存工程会通过浏览器下载功能生成新文件，不自动覆盖源文件。文件保存后，由你通过设备和浏览器管理或删除；卸载扩展不会自动删除已经下载的文件。扩展不设置跟踪 Cookie，也不使用浏览器本地存储保存文档。仅将你的界面语言选择保存在本机 localStorage 中；这不包含文档内容，不会上传。清除扩展的本地数据可重置该偏好。
工程文件与分享
工程文件包含原始 PDF、图片、签名及可编辑对象，未加密。分享工程会同时分享其中的原始内容。普通 PDF 导出也不是经过认证的文档脱敏服务；请根据自己的用途检查输出。手写签名是图像，不是证书数字签名。
权限与浏览器服务
当前版本不申请浏览记录、所有网站、摄像头、麦克风或主机访问权限。通过文件选择器接收文件，通过浏览器下载功能保存结果。Chrome 商店安装、扩展更新及浏览器自身的安全或同步服务由 Google 或浏览器供应商按其政策管理，不属于本扩展向开发者上传文档。
联系、支持与政策更新
如果你主动通过支持邮箱联系发行者，对方会收到你发送的邮箱地址和消息，用于回复问题。请优先提供可复现步骤或虚构示例，不要主动发送含个人或业务敏感信息的原始文档。将来如增加云端处理、分析或收费功能，会先更新相应行为与政策，并提供必要的说明和选择。
有限使用 / Limited Use
本扩展对用户数据的使用遵守 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。数据仅用于已说明的 PDF 编辑功能，不出售，不用于广告、无关目的或信用评估；扩展不向开发者提供读取用户文档的访问渠道。
公开政策网页
公开政策网页使用 OpenAI Sites 托管。发行者提供的静态页面代码没有分析脚本、表单或外部字体。托管平台可能处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息、请求时间等访问日志，并使用其平台所需的 Cookie 或类似技术；相关说明见 OpenAI 隐私政策。访问政策网页与扩展在本机处理 PDF 是独立的行为；本网页不接收或编辑你的 PDF。
What the extension processes
The extension processes PDFs, images, handwritten signature images, text and project files that you choose to open or create. They are used to display and edit documents, organize pages, and create the PDF or project downloads you request.
Local document processing
This version has no accounts, ads, telemetry, analytics, payment processing or cloud AI. The developer does not receive, sell or transmit your documents, signatures or edits to third parties. Fonts, PDF libraries and the practice document are included in the extension package; they are not fetched from a CDN.
Storage and deletion
Edits are held in the current tab's memory. Documents are not automatically saved for later use. Unsaved changes are lost when the tab closes. Export and Save project create new browser downloads without automatically replacing your source file. You manage and delete those downloads on your device. Uninstalling the extension does not delete your downloaded files. The extension sets no tracking cookies and does not store documents in browser local storage. Only your interface-language preference is saved in localStorage on this device; it contains no document contents and is not uploaded. Clearing the extension’s local data resets this preference.
Project files and sharing
A project contains original PDFs, inserted images, signature images and editable objects. It is not encrypted. Sharing it shares its original contents. PDF export is not a certified document-redaction service. Check your output before sharing. A handwritten signature image is not a certificate-based digital signature.
Permissions and browser services
This version requests no browsing-history, all-sites, camera, microphone or host permissions. You supply files through the browser file picker and save through browser downloads. Chrome Web Store installation, extension updates and browser security or synchronization services are governed by their providers; they do not constitute document uploads by this extension to its developer.
Support and changes
If you email the publisher for support, the publisher receives your email address and message to respond. Prefer reproducible steps and fictional samples to confidential documents. Any future cloud processing, analytics or paid features will require updated disclosures and any necessary user choices before use.
Limited Use
The extension's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is used only for the disclosed PDF editing functions, not sold, used for advertising or unrelated purposes, or used to determine creditworthiness. The extension does not give the developer access to read user documents.
This public policy page
The public policy page is hosted using OpenAI Sites. The static page code supplied by the publisher has no analytics scripts, forms or remote fonts. The hosting platform may process access logs such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, and use cookies or similar technologies for its platform. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy for its practices. Visiting this page is separate from local PDF processing in the extension. This page does not receive or edit your PDFs.
